Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of purchase in store, or 7 days by mail, for new shoes and handbags, provided that items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with the original receipt.

All sales are final on jewelry and Pre-Loved items, including handbags, shoes, and accessories. These items are not eligible for exchange.

For returns by mail, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Shu Gallery is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once the item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed.
